Led ML-powered Smart Rates to production (not a POC, a real system processing live marketplace data). Built GenAI, AgenticAI and conversational agents to validate product bets rapidly. Partnered with an AI startup at Elevance Health to integrate symptom-to-specialty matching chatbot. Train product teams in Claude Code for rapid outcome focused delivery.
